Please read and understand my Return/Cancel Order Policy, as I’m the owner of a small handmade business specializing in crafting unique custom dreadlocks. I have specific guidelines in place for cancellations and returns.



  1. Custom Handmade Dreadlocks:

 

I take pride in creating one-of-a-kind custom handmade synthetic locs tailored to your preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our work, I do not accept returns or provide refunds. Each set is crafted uniquely for You and cannot be resold.

 

  1. Cancellation Policy:

 

  • Cancellations Over 5 Weeks Before Scheduled Dates: I do not charge any cancellation fees if you decide to cancel your order more than 5 weeks before the scheduled dates

 

  • Cancellations 3-4 Weeks Before Scheduled Dates: If you choose to cancel your order between 3-4 weeks before the scheduled dates, a 20% commission fee will be applied. This fee covers any expenses incurred for already ordered and prepared materials for your custom order

 

  • Cancellations 1-2 Weeks Before Scheduled Dates: If you wish to cancel your order within 1-2 weeks before the scheduled dates, a 30% commission fee will be applied. This fee compensates for the time and effort invested in creating your custom dreadlocks up to that point

To cancel your order, please contact me at daria@dreadscorner.com or through Instagram @idariaexplorer as soon as possible. Your cancellation request will be confirmed, and the appropriate commission fee, if applicable, will be communicated to you.

At DreadsCorner, I am dedicated to ensuring that your custom handmade synthetic dreadlocks reach you promptly and securely, no matter where you are. Here’s what you need to know about the shipping process:

 

Shipping Destinations:

I proudly offer worldwide shipping, reaching customers in the USA, the UK, European countries, and beyond. Wherever you are, I’m here to make your unique dreadlock creations accessible to you.



Estimated Delivery Times:

Please note that the following estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on factors such as customs clearance and local postal services:

 

  • USA: expect your custom set to arrive within 1,5 to 3 weeks from the date of shipment

 

  • UK: deliveries to the UK typically take 1 to 2 weeks from the date of shipment

 

  • European Countries: my customers in European countries can anticipate their dreadlocks within 1 to 3 weeks from the date of shipment

 

  • Other International Destinations: for customers in other countries, please allow 2 to 5 weeks for your custom set to reach you.




Delivery prices vary depending on your order and country of delivery!

 

Free delivery to the USA and Europe, starting from $200 (USD) for purchase 

For a custom order less than $200, it is $8 for shipping



Free delivery to the UK and Canada, starting from $230 (USD) for purchase 

For a custom order less than $230, it is $8 for shipping



            For Australia, and New Zealand:

For a custom order of $250 (USD) and more, to deliver to these countries is $10

For a custom order less than $250, it is $15 for shipping





Tracking Your Shipment:

Once your custom set of synthetic locs is complete and ready for shipment, I provide you with a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your parcel on the official website of Spanish Post https://www.correos.es/es/en/individuals

You can stay informed about the location and status of your delivery every step of the way.
